‘Ecosocialism in our lifetime’ By Lebogang Mulaisi

Lebogang Mulaisi is the Head of Policy at COSATU, she coordinates the implementation of COSATU’s labour market policy. She is an EXCO and MANCO member at the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC) and represent organised labour in the labour market chamber of NEDLAC.  She serves as a commissioner on the Presidential Climate Change Commission.


Mphutlane wa Bofelo is a cultural worker and political theorist, critic and activist whose work is influenced by Black Consciousness, Socialist Humanism and Sufism. 

Formerly known as The Common Man, Thabo Lehlongwa aka Motho Fela is a revolutionary poet whose foundation was laid in the hip hop culture. 

Angela Nomvuselelo Lesedi Phoswa is a radical feminist, poet, singer/song writer. She will be accompanied by the pianist Kwenza.
